Satisfaction Guarantee

Apprehensions are normal when purchasing over the Internet, especially something as important and valuable as your wedding gown.  However, with Bride Couture’s satisfaction guarantee, your shopping experience is risk free.  It is very important to us that you have the designer bridal gown of your dreams for your wedding day.  If you are not completely satisfied with your wedding gown for any reason simply return it for a full refund minus shipping. 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gown(s) for a full refund minus shipping. 

The customer is responsible for:

  • All shipping costs to return the gown(s) including insurance
  • Returning the gown(s) in the same condition in which they were received
  • Notifying Bride Couture of the return via email at info@bridecouture.com within 3 days of receipt
  • Returning the gown(s) to Bride Couture within 7 days of receiving them and emailing the tracking number to info@bridecouture.com.  On the 8th day the gown(s) will not be accepted for a return but additional time can be given with prior approval.

Once the gown(s) are received and inspected, the customer’s credit card will be credited the full purchase price minus shipping within 48 hours.

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs including insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

All gowns will be shipped via UPS ground out of Ft. Worth, TX unless otherwise directed.

Shipping costs are $35 per gown including insurance.  If you are ordering multiple gowns to try the shipping cost will vary depending on the size and weight of the gowns, the price, and the destination.  Please contact us for more information.

Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.  Please contact us for more information.

International shipping is available and cost will vary based on destination.  For security purposes, we may ask for additional information before we can process your order.  Customer is responsible for all duty fees and charges through customs.  Please contact us via email or phone for international orders.

Once payment is processed, gown(s) will be shipped within 1 day to a week and the customer will be notified via email of the tracking number for the shipment.

Ordering Multiple Gowns

As an ongoing special service to our brides you can order up to 4 gowns at once for a deposit equal to the cost of the most expensive gown.  Standard Shipping and Return Policies apply.  Please call or email us if you have any questions.  Do not order 4 gowns online.  Please contact us if you would like to order multiple gowns.

  1. We will authorize your card for the price of the most expensive gown plus shipping and mail all 4 gowns together in the same box if possible.
  2. Within 3 days of receiving the gowns you must notify Bride Couture via email at info@bridecouture.com  as to which gown if any you will be keeping.
  3. The gowns you are returning must be received back within 7 days of receipt and the tracking number emailed to info@bridecouture.com
  4. Once the gowns are received and inspected we will process the final charge for the gown you kept or just charge you for the shipping if all gowns have been returned.
  5. Shipping will vary based on the number of gowns, price, and destination so please email us to get an exact cost.

Errors and Omissions Policy


We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. 

* Please note that the retail price will vary from store to store but a true Suggested Retail price can always be obtained.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Except as expressly stated herein, Bride Couture makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on Bride Couture’s site.  Except as expressly stated herein, Bride Couture disclaims all warranties, express or implied of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Bride Couture arising from any product sold on the Bride Couture site shall be the price of the product ordered.  In no event shall Bride Couture, Shimmy Enterprises, Inc. it’s directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us!  We are proud of the measures we have taken to safeguard your privacy.  We provide secured online processing through Authorize.net.  All credit card transactions are directly via Authorize.net.  Please view their website www.authorize.net for the specifics of online processing.
